We are looking for call centers with domain expertise in outbound contact center solutions, high-level of expertise and experienced outbound sales center agents, assuring quality services.
We are looking for centers to increase out sales, follow-up our mailings, test unknown markets, and develop good customer relationships ensuring our mutual business success. Partner now and get access to VeriSupport's unbelievable advantage!
Process model
Call Centers to dial on their own TCPA scrubbed Database to follow calling scripts, Verbatim. Any changes needs to be authorized by a VeriSupport process manager
Once a sale is made, the call would have to be transferred to a VeriSupport professional in other locations
Centers would never ask for or take potential customers Credit card/banking information
Transition Model
VeriSupport's project personnel to conduct a site visit and certify the center Interview and certify candidate's pre training.
Certified candidates would go through boot camp training.
Candidates would be certified again with a written and mock call assessment.
Centers would be assisted with a project manager through the transition/nesting period.
